Volunteer Team

Applications Open

The Volunteer Team supports the overall flow of the event. This includes helping with guest check-in, vendor support, line management, DJ/open decks support, running small tasks, keeping the space organized, and assisting with cleanup or teardown. This role is best for people who are organized, adaptable, friendly, and interested in event production, streetwear, culture, and community building.

What you’ll receive:

— Volunteer pass

— Hands-on event experience

— Opportunity to meet brands, creatives, and attendees

— Behind-the-scenes experience with a growing Toronto event

— Community service / volunteer hours, if needed

Media Team

Applications Open

The Media Team captures the energy, fashion, community, and creativity behind 1715 Collective. This team is for photographers, videographers, content creators, editors, and social media creatives who want to build their portfolio in a high-energy event environment. This is a network-heavy opportunity where you’ll meet brand owners, stylists, influencers, content creators, entrepreneurs, and other creatives in the city.

What you’ll receive:

— Official media pass

— Full credit and tags on posted content

— Opportunity to network with brands and attendees

— Portfolio-building event footage

— Experience capturing a streetwear and culture event

What we’re looking for.

We’re looking for people who are professional, reliable, collaborative, and excited to be part of a fast-paced creative event. You don’t need to have years of experience — just be ready to show up, communicate clearly, and support the team.

01 / Be Reliable

Arrive on time, communicate clearly, and follow through on the role or shift you’re assigned.

02 / Be Professional

You’ll be representing 1715 Collective, so we ask that all team members treat vendors, guests, creatives, and staff with respect.

03 / Be Ready to Help

Event days move quickly. We’re looking for people who can stay flexible, problem-solve, and support where needed.
